What a great way to display your steps!!! The one word instructions are very simple, yet clear and direct. I like the way you are providing the user with more and more information as they further explore the website. When the user places the mouse over one of the steps at the top, we are given more details about that step. Then more tid bits are revealed to us, giving us a nice progression of information.
Your simplified instructions are very easy to follow. Your site seems like it will be easy to navigate through. The steps are simple but the secondary information keeps it interesting.
i agree with monina. the one word descriptions are very straight to the point. illustrations in the background are good. but be careful with the placement of the secondary info blocks as they may end up covering important visuals... also on a formal standpoint. i know we arent really there yet. but it might be nice to an illustration style similar to flight emergency manuals... =)

Good. This is a quintessential wireframe that sets you up for adequate exploration in the visual design phase.
The only thing that is missing is your strategy for initiating each tidbit. From the looks of this all tidbits are launched on the first step.
